Meet Tami – Growth Mindset Coach & Creator of The Curiosity Tree

Hi, I’m Tami—and my passion for helping children grow into confident, resilient, and emotionally strong individuals began with a journey all my own. Born into the foster care system in Hawaii and adopted soon after, I spent my childhood moving across the U.S. and Europe. These early experiences sparked a deep curiosity about identity, belonging, and the potential we all carry within us.

I studied social work at Hardin Simmons University and began my career empowering young people through youth mentorship, disability support, and spiritual formation groups. I’ve always believed that when children feel safe, seen, and supported, they flourish.

After a significant life event shifted my path, I spent two decades in Association Management—gaining leadership, strategy, and communication skills that now shape how I support families and kids through coaching and resources.

Today, I divide my time between leading a nonprofit program for unhoused young adults in Denver and working with children and families through The Present Path, where I offer mindset coaching, creative experiences, resources, and support for building strong inner foundations.

Whether your child is facing self-doubt, a big transition, or simply needs tools to grow with confidence, I’d love to walk alongside you. Together, we can nurture the mindset that helps children thrive—now and for life.

Meet Amanda - Early Childhood Educator

Hi, I am Amanda. A little about me: I've worked in children's education for the last 19 years, and I've always felt a strong pull toward early childhood. I've taught as a Montessori Teacher and as a Lead Teacher at several well-known preschools in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area, most recently Mission Hills. I absolutely love being part of the energy, wonder, and excitement of a early learning environment.

I've lived in Highlands Ranch for the last 14 years with my husband John, and our 3 children. Working alongside my mom is a joy — getting to share what I love most about this age with a whole new group of kids each summer.
